Kellie Hartmann

Kellie is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a long-standing passion for skincare and aesthetics. She first stepped into the field in 2014 while working in dermatology, where she discovered her love for injectables and skin rejuvenation treatments. In 2018, after graduating from nursing school, she moved to San Diego and began her career as an aesthetic nurse. She spent seven years working alongside a board-certified plastic surgeon, where she received extensive training and eventually became the lead injector for the medspa. In that role, she provided a wide range of injectable treatments, laser procedures, and microneedling services while building a loyal and dedicated clientele. That experience gave her a strong foundation in facial anatomy, advanced techniques, and the art of truly listening to each patient. Kellie makes continuing education a priority and has worked closely with leading experts in the field, allowing her to consistently bring the most current techniques and safest practices to her patients. After welcoming her daughter, she returned home to Minnesota, where she continues to grow her career and do what she loves most.

Kellie specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and skin-rejuvenation treatments, always with an emphasis on subtle enhancements that let your natural features shine. She loves the consultation process—hearing what someone hopes to achieve, understanding how they want to feel, and pairing that insight with her expertise to create a thoughtful, long-term plan. Education and honest recommendations are the heart of her approach. She also values the close relationships that naturally develop with her patients, because the process is personal, collaborative, and often just as meaningful as the outcome.

At Infinite Youth, Kellie is especially excited to blend her aesthetic background with the clinic’s whole-body approach to anti-aging and wellness. Her warm, welcoming energy helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they sit down. She creates customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals. Whether someone is brand-new to injectables or a long-time patient, her goal is for every visit to feel supportive, empowering, and like an experience you genuinely look forward to.

Outside of her time at Infinite Youth, you’ll often find Kellie with her husband and daughter, either up north at their family cabin in the summer, exploring Minnesota’s restaurant scene, or staying immersed in all things wellness and skincare. She also loves a quiet night in with a good skincare mask and her favorite reality TV shows.
